No. You must be signed up for Personal Access Online Banking
in order to use Mobile Banking.
Call us at 763.544.1517 or 800.862.1998 to reset your
password. Once your password is reset, you must first update it via your PC on
TruStone’s Personal Access Online Banking site. For security reasons, you may
not update your new password on your mobile device. Once your password is set
up on your PC, you may use your Member Number and Password/PIN to immediately
log-in to Mobile Banking.

TruStone’s Mobile Banking is encrypted using the Wireless
Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, which provides the highest level of

wireless gateway, MShift´s servers, and TruStone’s web servers is encrypted
using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) layer.
