Assistant Branch Manager - Minneapolis
Supervises the branch's human, financial, and operational resources to achieve branch growth, member satisfaction, and an environment that promotes financial discipline. Projects a professional image.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Supervises the daily workflow of a motivated branch team that provides exceptional service and makes sound decisions through coaching, role-modeling, and holding staff accountable.
- Trains all branch staff on interpersonal skills. Teaches branch staff to identify member opportunities for financial improvement, communicate recommendations, and provide support.
- Implements, maintains, and trains operational regulations, policies, procedures, and standards to maximize accuracy and efficiency. Makes decisions and follows policies and procedures for the safe-keeping of credit union personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Utilizes expert knowledge to underwrite and close consumer loans following established underwriting criteria and lending policies and procedures. Teaches members to use the loan to improve their financial well-being and provides any ongoing correspondence. Accurately and efficiently prepares loan documents.
- Demonstrates a work style that is consistent with TruStone Financial's values and takes personal responsibility for own learning and development to support those values and the branch's success.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent level of knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through work experience.
- Two years of previous experience as a Loan Officer or two years of equivalent related management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching and motivating a team.

Mortgage Processor
The Mortgage Processor is responsible for reviewing first and subordinate loans for completeness, updating information in the computer system, ordering documentation including credit, appraisal, title work, income/asset verification, etc. required to meet portfolio and investor program guidelines. This position will package first mortgage loan requests and submit to Underwriting for approval and will have loan approval authority for subordinate loans. The Mortgage Processor must provide quality customer service between and for internal and external customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in the mortgage lending field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in conventional and portfolio loan processing. FHA/VA experience desired.

Mortgage Loan Originator
The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible to provide professional expertise in promoting and originating first and subordinate lien loans that meet portfolio and investor guidelines. This position is also responsible for building rapport and providing quality customer service between and for internal and external customers through a proficient knowledge of the credit unions program offerings and will quote and lock rates/pricing. The Mortgage Loan Originator will develop a customer referral base of Realtors, Builders, Financial Service Providers, and Consumers.

Electronic Payments Analyst - Plymouth
This position is responsible for planning, developing and recommending procedures, products, systems and vendors to be used within the Electronic Payments product structure; insuring compliance with regulatory requirements; and pursuing technology and information to provide improved service delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing trends within electronic payments, provide product development support for electronic services and payment functions such as ACH, Direct Pay, Check21, Debit, Credit, Prepaid, mobile and internet banking and bill pay services and ensures compliance with all relating rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or an equivalent level of knowledge, skills and habilitations typically acquired through work experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience working with Credit and Debit Cards and ACH either within a financial institution or other related electronic payment servicing company.
- Thorough knowledge of the products, policies, operations and procedures related to the payments business.
- Knowledge of Visa Rules and EFT regulations.
