2025 Member Photo Contest

Submit your photo September 1-30, 2024 for a chance to be featured in next year's Member Photo Calendar. Whether you’re a professional photographer or you simply like to snap pictures with your phone, we welcome you to submit your best shot. Thank you to all who entered!

Wondering what kind of photo to enter?
Photos featured in our calendar are high resolution. We will be following a square photo format again this year. Popular subjects include nature scenes, animals (non-pets preferred), buildings and other eye-catching displays. See last year's calendar for examples.

Basic Rules
·  No faces, please! We can’t accept photos of people—it’s too complicated to get permission to use them.
·  Only submit a photo you took yourself.

Winners
Winners will be announced in mid-October. You will be able to pick up a copy of the 2025 calendar at your local branch in late November and see all the winning photos year-round.

Official Rules

1. Photo entries will be accepted from September 1-30, 2024. One entry per person.
2. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winning.
3. Odds of winning depends on the number of entries received.
4. To submit your photo entry, complete the entry form and upload your photo via the contest page at TruStone.org/Events by 11:59 PM CT on September 30, 2024. No other entry methods permitted. All photo entries become the property of TruStone Financial and may be used for any purpose. TruStone will not be required to pay any consideration, or seek any approval, for the use of the photo entries.
5. By entering a photo, the entrant represents and warrants that the photo was taken by the entrant and that the photo contains no content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties. A photo which includes another person’s work (e.g. a photo of a painting) must be accompanied by a release authorizing the photo. Photos containing people may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TruStone Financial.
6. Entries will be judged by TruStone employees. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
7. All potential winners will be notified by phone or email on or around October 15, 2024. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the first attempt by TruStone Financial, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents age 18 and older. Promotion is void outside the United States and entrants must be present in the United States at the time they enter. By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of TruStone Financial, (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and winners), which are final and binding in all respects.
9. All entrants hold TruStone Financial and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising from or in connection with entrant’s participation in the contest.
10. Void where prohibited by law.
11. As a condition of being featured in the calendar, each winner must consent to the use of their name, city, state and submitted photo in TruStone Financial promotional materials not limited to the calendar. All winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release as a condition to having their photo in the TruStone Financial Member Photo Calendar. All documents must be returned by the deadline indicated in the documents.
12. TruStone is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (d) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from TruStone’s website or social media page, regardless of whether the material was prepared by TruStone or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to TruStone’s website by a hypertext link. TruStone reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the promotion at any time. All decisions by TruStone as to eligibility and the selection or disqualification of a winner or potential winner are final.
