A M Community Credit Union

TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union of Plymouth, Minn., has purchased and assumed a Kenosha, Wisconsin credit union’s members, deposits, core facilities, and all loans. The Wisconsin Office of Credit Unions placed A M Community Credit Union of Kenosha, Wisconsin, into liquidation and appointed the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) as liquidating agent.

The acquisition of the Kenosha-based credit union will provide TruStone Financial with four additional branch locations concentrated in the Kenosha area, totaling 12 locations across the two states.  The credit union will gain approximately 16,000 members, and assets of more than $120 million, bringing total membership size to more than 75,000 and assets exceeding $860 million.
