Manage Money Remotely at TruStone

TruStone Financial makes it possible to manage your money remotely. If you are avoiding public spaces to help prevent yourself from getting sick or spreading illness, you don’t have to visit a branch to do your banking. Here are the options we offer members that will help them manage their money remotely or with minimal contact with the public:

Drive-Up Window

For the protection of our members and staff, we are encouraging social distancing at our branch locations. You are encouraged to visit our drive-up for services, such as: withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries, transfers, renewing certificates, instantly issued cards or purchasing Visa® Gift Cards. You can stay in your vehicle during your transaction and still receive the same member service you’ve come to expect from your neighborhood credit union.

ATMs

TruStone Financial is part of the MoneyPass® network, so members have access to more than 33,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. Click here to find an ATM

Mobile and Online Banking

With Mobile Banking and Online Banking, you can pay bills, make remote deposits, make loan or credit card payments, transfer funds, apply for accounts and more.

Electronic Signature

You don’t have to visit a branch to sign documents. If you are staying home, TruStone staff can securely send you documents electronically, and you can sign and return them easily. Complete the application process for your loan or accounts without leaving the comfort of your home, no printer necessary.

Message us in the app

Using the chat feature within the mobile app, you can contact a TruStone staff member with questions about your account. We typically reply within 2-4 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm). To use this feature, log into the app, click the menu, then “Support,” then “Start a conversation.”

Contact Center

For all of your banking needs, our Contact Center staff is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm CT and Saturday from 9 am to noon CT. Call 800.862.1998 to talk to a service representative.

Phone Banking

To make payments or to get quick updates on your account balances, transactions, deposits, money transfers and more, call 800.343.8328 and follow the phone banking prompts.

In-Store Tip: MobilePay and Tap to Pay debit and credit cards

When you visit participating stores or merchants, you can also use MobilePay or our Tap to Pay debit and credit cards. Both offer ways to make purchases touch-free.
