We’ve recently made some enhancements to the TruStone mobile app.
Enrollment: Members now have the ability to enroll in Mobile and Online Banking directly from the app.
Forgot Password: Members can easily reset their forgotten password within the app, and Two Factor Authentication is now prompted but must be set up first.
External Transfers: Members will be prompted for their password if they are doing an external transfer over $1,500.
Open Accounts Online: Members can now apply for a loan, sub share or checking account within the app. This feature is located in the upper right-hand corner in the accounts section.
