PLYMOUTH, Minn. (September 27, 2018) – TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union celebrated the opening of its new branch in St. Cloud with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, September 21, 2018. Ceremony attendees included TruStone Financial leadership and local dignitaries, including St. Cloud mayor Dave Kleis.
“We’re very excited about this new branch,” says St. Cloud branch manager Jonathan Teschendorf. “It’s state-of-the-art with an inviting open concept, and it has a premium location in St. Cloud.”
At the ceremony, TruStone Financial donated $1,000 to St. Cloud Apollo High School for its Career and Technology Education program. Technology teachers Mark Weimer and Steven Sandeen and Principal Al Johnson accepted the donation, which will go toward an ironworker—a piece of metal fabrication equipment that will allow industrial technology students to bring their designs to life in a safe and consistent way. “We are really appreciative of TruStone Financial’s support. TruStone has been a steadfast partner, and they have helped in many ways…in this case, providing direct funding to improve our classroom,” says Weimer.
TruStone Financial’s new St. Cloud branch opened on Monday, Aug. 20, 2018. It is located at 3240 West Division Street in St. Cloud, Minnesota. St. Cloud residents are encouraged to visit the new location and see what their neighborhood credit union can do for them.
