PLYMOUTH, Minn. (August 29, 2016) – For the third consecutive year, TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union has been named one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For by Credit Union Journal in partnership with Best Companies Group.
“Being named as a top workplace for three consecutive years is an incredible achievement for the credit union,” said TruStone Financial Chief Executive Officer Tim Bosiacki. “It’s great knowing that our employees are pleased with their overall work environment. Each member of our team has contributed to the positive strides TruStone Financial has made throughout 2016.”
Each year, Credit Union Journal partners with Best Companies Group to identify, recognize and honor outstanding credit unions based on workplace policies, practices, demographics and employee surveys to assess their experiences and attitudes in regards to their work environment.
TruStone Financial encourages continuing education through tuition reimbursement and an in-house staff development team that helps coach and train employees on how to best serve TruStone Financial members. The credit union also recognizes employees for exceptional work through internal reward programs like the Keystone Club and TruService, which acknowledge employees who meet and exceed goals and top scores in service skills, respectively.
In addition to the credit union’s commitment to its employees, TruStone Financial places an emphasis on the importance of philanthropic efforts in surrounding communities. On the credit union’s behalf, employees have participated in more than 60 community events in 2016. These efforts not only create a positive work setting for our employees, but for the communities that TruStone Financial serves.
