Loan Payments


Below are options for making your auto, recreational, personal, or home equity loan payment(s):
 

How to Make a Loan Payment:


1. Digital Banking – Create an account or log in to your account online or within the mobile app.

  • Schedule a one-time or automatic recurring payment from an existing TruStone Financial account.
  • You can also transfer funds from your TruStone checking or savings account to your loan, either using a one-time transfer or by setting up a recurring transfer. In the menu, select “Transfer,” then “Make a Transfer” and select the account to transfer funds from.
  • Schedule an external transfer from another financial institution. In the menu, select “Transfer,” “Make a transfer” and then “Make external transfers.”


2. Phone – Call our contact center at (800) 862-1998 to make a payment. (There may be a fee to process your loan payment over the phone.)
 

3. In person – Stop by your nearest TruStone Financial branch.


4. Mail – For loan payments, mail checks to TruStone Financial, PO Box 1260, Minneapolis, MN 55440. Checks must include partial loan ID. (Example: ********12-2500).

  • For credit card payments,  mail payment to the following address: TruStone Financial Credit Union P.O. Box 1259 Minneapolis, MN 55440-1259.

How to Make a Mortgage Payment:

You can make your mortgage payment in one of many convenient ways:

1. Online Payment via Mortgage Center– Create an account or log in.
  • Schedule a one-time or automatic recurring payment from your TruStone Financial account or another financial institution. You can also view payment history, account information and more.
  • You can also transfer funds from your TruStone checking or savings account to your loan, either using a one-time transfer or by setting up a recurring transfer. In the menu, select “Transfer,” then “Make a Transfer” and select the account to transfer funds from.
  • Schedule an external transfer from another financial institution. In the menu, select “Transfer,” “Make a transfer” and then “Make external transfers.”


2. Digital Banking – Use Online Banking or the TruStone Financial Banking App to transfer funds from an existing TruStone account and make a payment directly to your mortgage loan.


3. In person – Stop by your nearest TruStone Financial branch.


4. Mail – Mail checks to TruStone Financial, PO Box 1260, Minneapolis, MN 55440. Checks must include partial loan ID. (Example: ********12-2500)
