Members will also vote to reduce the size of the board of directors from 13 to 11. Attendees will be able to virtually listen and view the meeting.

2026 BOARD NOMINEES
The following candidates have been nominated to serve three-year terms on the TruStone Financial Board of Directors.
Stephen Bohlig
Mr. Bohlig has served on the TruStone Financial board of directors for over 25 years. He has over 45 years’ experience as a Chief Executive Officer of high technology firms, serving universities, government and the military.
Lori Bonin
Ms. Bonin has served TruStone Financial since 2019. She started on the supervisory committee and then was elected to the board in 2023. She has over 30 years experience in operations, finance and real estate in senior executive roles and board positions. She currently is a partner and board member for private real estate investments and funds.
John Christenson
Mr. Christenson has served TruStone Financial since 2011. He has held positions on the supervisory committee and is currently on the board of directors. John is a recently retired Vice President at a leading print solutions company that serves the financial industry.
Darrick Metz
Mr. Metz has served on the TruStone Financial board of directors since 2008, currently as Board Chair. He is a Senior Vice President of Originations for a California-based multi-family real estate valuation and investment company with over $2.8 billion in production.
Douglas Nesbit, CPA
Mr. Nesbit has served on the TruStone Financial board of directors since 2007, currently as Treasurer. He was the Chief Financial Officer at three emerging tech companies in the Twin Cities. For the past 20 plus years he has been in consulting, providing services such as senior accounting staff augmentation, project management, and financial statement preparation.
NOMINATIONS BY PETITION
There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting as any required election will be held exclusively by mail ballot. TruStone Financial bylaws, however, allow members to seek election by petition. Petitions must be signed by 5% of the total membership and must be accompanied by a signed statement from the nominee.
