2025 BOARD NOMINEES
The following candidates have been nominated to serve three-year terms on the TruStone Financial Board of Directors.
Tom Alagna
Mr. Alagna has served as a TruStone board member for almost three decades. He is a long-tenured CPA in public practice with experience in teaching and small business ownership, expertise he leverages in evaluating and managing our credit union’s financial results.
Kevin Crane
Mr. Crane has been a credit union board member since 2016. He is an attorney admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin and manages a global team negotiating contracts at a medical technology company. He is a CUNA Certified Credit Union Board Member (CCUB).
Roberta Oveson
Ms. Oveson was appointed Associate Director to the TruStone board in 2023. She has over 20 years’ experience with business technology, strategy, and customer engagement and currently leads a team of enterprise account executives dedicated to the financial service banking industry.
Bruce Whitmore
Mr. Whitmore has been a credit union board member since 2017. He is the Enterprise Shared Services Officer for a large third-party benefits administrator, where he oversees operational human resources, finance, technology, and enterprise risk management. He has over 30 years’ experience in technology services.
NOMINATIONS BY PETITION
There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting as any required election will be held exclusively by mail ballot. TruStone Financial bylaws, however, allow members to seek election by petition. Petitions must be signed by 5% of the total membership and must be accompanied by a signed statement from the nominee.
