Eric Rapp joined TruStone Financial’s commercial lending team in 2020 with more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry and lending. Eric focuses on all types of investment and owner-occupied real estate lending in Wisconsin and the greater Midwest. He is skilled in developing and fostering relationships, property underwriting and business growth and development. He enjoys being of assistance to investors, businesses, brokers and capital market professionals.
Just some of Eric’s professional affiliations include the Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin Educational Programming Committee and the Deal of the Year Nomination Committee. Eric is dedicated to giving back to his community and has been active with Revitalize Milwaukee, Riverworks Development Association, Riverwest Food Pantry, Milwaukee Rescue Mission and St. Ben’s Meal Program. He holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Westminster College.
