Meet Tim

Tim Volkenant began his role as a Mortgage Consultant with TruStone Home Mortgage in 2017. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Mankato State University, Tim started his 17 year career in the mortgage industry. As a highly experienced Mortgage Consultant, Tim specializes in originating FHA 203k Rehab Loans which help clients secure additional funding to remodel their new home purchase.

Outside of work, Tim greatly enjoys supporting his two kids at their hockey games as both a coach and spectator.
