Tim Volkenant joined TruStone Home Mortgage as a Mortgage Consultant in 2017, bringing decades of industry experience and a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. He began his mortgage career after earning his bachelor’s degree from Mankato State University in 1997 and has since been dedicated to guiding borrowers through every stage of the home financing journey.
Whether purchasing a first home, moving on to the next, or refinancing, Tim is committed to providing personized service, trusted guidance, and a smooth lending experience from start to finish.
Outside the office, Tim enjoys cheering on his two kids and taking in as many concerts and sporting events as possible.
