PLYMOUTH, Minn. (August 1, 2026) – TruStone Financial Credit Union has been recognized by the Minnesota Star Tribune as a 2026 Top Workplace. TruStone was ranked among the most progressive companies based on employee feedback measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.

The analysis included responses from nearly 124,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The results are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
