Various system upgrades will result in intermittent digital services beginning Sunday, March 9.
- UPDATE: Digital Banking continues to be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance Monday, March 10. Automated phone banking and Zelle, our person-to-person service will also be unavailable during this upgrade. We will share an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we upgrade our systems.
Other services, such as your TruStone debit and credit card and our automated chat service (Ruth) on TruStone.org will be available for use throughout the upgrade.
Remember, TruStone will never contact you asking for your login, passwords, or other personal information. Do not respond to such requests, but if you do, please contact us immediately to safeguard your accounts.
